Improve your Strength and Fitness

We have teamed up with Chris Appleton Goalkeeper Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 in Sports Nutrition.

We have chosen to work with Chris because we want to put together Goalkeeper specific sessions which can help goalkeepers maintain and improve their bodies.

Our aim is to put together a mixtures of content from covering strength and conditioning, aerobic programs, nutritional guides and from time to time live classes.

We have also talked about holding Goalkeeper coaching roadshows but we need to wait on lockdown restrictions to be lifted first.

We are looking to put the content together with the launch at the start of May.
