b. Payment: All payments are processed securely. Pulsegk Ltd accepts Online Payments using payment processors including Stripe and Paypal. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

b. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

for UK we use Royalmail First class signed for which is a 1-3 working day service.

5. Returns and Exchanges

a. Returns Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The gloves must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return delivery costs will be paid by the customer. 

b. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your goalkeeper gloves for a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
