How do I look after my Pulse gloves?

We recommend once you have received your Pulse GK Gloves to pre wash them in warm water and dry using a towel.
Wash after training and games to prolong the life of your Pulse GK Gloves.

However, try to avoid leaving your Pulse GK Gloves in direct sunlight or on the radiator as this will damage the latex.

What are your delivery options?

For deliveries to the UK we will use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This can take up to 1-2 days for delivery and will require a signature when delivered.
International deliveries will use the Royal Mail International service, this will also require a signature upon arrival.

Delivery costs to anywhere within the UK start at £5 standard.
International shipping depends on the destination and can be easily calculated in the shopping basket.

Can I return my items?

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact sales@pulsegk.co.uk and we will do our best to improve your experience as a valued Pulse GK customer.

We will accept the Gloves back subject to the following; Gloves and packaging are in original condition as shipped.
Unfortunately at this moment postage and packing cannot be refunded and this is your responsibility to arrange a return to Pulse GK at your cost.

Glove customisation is coming! We’re very excited to offer this service however we must stress that we cannot offer refunds on any customised products. It is your own responsibility to check the spelling or grammar whilst submitting your text on the product page.
If the glove is of poor quality and a separate issue from any customisation on your part, please contact sales@pulsegk.co.uk so that we can swiftly resolve any problems.
In the unlikely event of the customisation being below quality standards (e.g. Our spelling error, unaligned text) please contact contact sales@pulsegk.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your product.
